Abstract:
Glycerol phosphate was prepared by direct esterification from phosphoric acid and glycerol. The experimental results show that the optimum synthesis conditions of the reaction are as follows: concentrated phosphoric acid 20g(0.2 mol,11 mL),n(H3PO4):n(C3H8O3)= 1:5, the yield of glycerophosphate can reach 90% when cyclohexane is 20 mL and reaction is carried out at 70 ℃ for 5 h. The advantages of this method are: the raw materials are cheap and easily available, the synthesis method is simple, the operation is easy to control, and it is suitable for industrial production.Key words:

Abstract:
some trace elements are important substances necessary to maintain the normal metabolism of livestock, lack of these substances, often cause strange diseases, body deformity, slow growth. Modern pig farms, chicken farms, in the feed to add the right amount of various trace elements in order to meet the needs of growth and development. Currently used iron, cobalt, zinc, manganese, copper and other trace elements, mostly in the form of sulfate, hydrochloride supply. These salts are prone to occur in the alkaline environment of the small intestine of livestock
